Prayer Vigil

We care deeply for our community and we reach out in many ways. We believe in the power of prayer so we held a prayer vigil for the residents of the Redbud Estates and Redbud Village because of the Covid-19 virus. Redbud Estates and Village. Our vigil was a cooperative effort where we invited the other local churches and the community. Although it was hard to count how many were there because of social distancing efforts there was a great response. People gathered in family groups, in their cars, and online. The kids from our church and community sang Amazing Grace My Chains are Gone and they made posters encouraging the residents and staff. We finished with a time of spoken and silent prayer.
